Unexpected Leadership Lessons
from Cuban Salsa

Dancing Salsa

Leadership Insights

Whether we realise it or not, we are constantly dancing with others, in the workplace, in our personal life, and in almost everything we do. Leadership, like dancing, is about being human, connecting effectively with other people and jointly moving to the same direction.

Dancing taught me how to deal with the unexpected, adapt, improvise, and keep moving forward. How to connect and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Most importantly, it enabled me to discover myself and grow as a leader.

My goal is to offer you fresh insights and inspire you to embark on your own leadership journey.

Meet Apostolos

After studying and working as a mechanical engineer for a number of years I realised that I was much more interested in people rather than machines. So, I followed my instinct and began my learning journey into the world of management, leadership, psychology, and organisational change.

In the last 15 years I had the opportunity to build, coach, mentor, guide, and lead teams of people from all walks of life across different industries (Aerospace, Retail, Consulting, Technology) and countries. I am curious about human nature, what drives and motivates us, how we communicate and work together, and how we inspire each other to learn and grow.
